Summary
This study tested two online versions of a proven therapy (CBT-E) for people with binge eating disorder or bulimia. 120 Chinese adults aged 18-35 were randomly assigned to either a web-based guided self-help program or an online group therapy. The goal was to see which approach better reduces binge eating episodes and improves impulse control.
