First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 31 times
Summary
This study tested whether a team-based online care model works as well as traditional in-person visits for managing atopic dermatitis (eczema). 300 patients were randomly assigned to either online or in-person care for 12 months. The main goal was to see if eczema severity improved similarly in both groups, while also looking at quality of life, access to care, and costs.
