Can an app help teens manage ADHD? new study tests digital therapy
NCT ID NCT06711224
Summary
This study is testing whether a 6-week online therapy program, with weekly check-ins from a therapist, is a practical and helpful option for teenagers with ADHD. It will involve 60 teens aged 13-16 and their parents, who will answer surveys before, during, and after the program to see if it improves daily functioning, quality of life, and ADHD symptoms. The main goal is to see if this digital approach is easy to use and well-liked by teens.
