One implant or two? study tests simpler fix for denture woes

Summary
This study aims to see if a lower denture held by just one implant works as well as one held by two implants. It will measure comfort, satisfaction, and chewing ability in adults who have no natural teeth. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either one or two implants, and their experiences will be tracked for a year.
