Summary
This study is testing a short, structured teaching method called the 'One-Minute Preceptor' to see if it helps medical residents become better teachers at the patient's bedside. It involves 450 medical students and the resident doctors who teach them. The goal is to measure if this brief training improves teaching skills and student satisfaction.
