Summary
This study tests a new treatment for people whose high-grade glioma (a fast-growing brain tumor) has come back after standard therapy. The treatment is a modified virus injected into the brain that is designed to attack cancer cells and boost the immune system. The trial will enroll 30 adults and focus on safety, how the virus spreads in the body, and whether it helps people live longer.
