New hope for rare tumors: drug ONC206 targets advanced adrenal cancer

Summary

This study tests a new drug called ONC206 in 90 people with advanced pheochromocytoma or paraganglioma, rare tumors that cannot be removed by surgery. The goal is to see if the drug can shrink tumors or stop them from growing. Participants must have tried or declined other treatments and have controlled blood pressure.
