First seen Jun 18, 2026 · Last updated Jun 18, 2026

Summary

This study tests a new drug called ONC201 combined with the chemotherapy paclitaxel in people with ovarian, fallopian tube, or peritoneal cancer that has stopped responding to platinum-based treatments. The goal is to see if the combination is safe and works better than paclitaxel alone. About 62 participants will receive the treatment, and researchers will monitor side effects and tumor shrinkage.
