Summary
This early-stage study tested a new drug, OMS906, in 15 adults with paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH), a rare blood disorder. The main goal was to check safety and how the body processes the drug, while also looking for early signs that it might help control the disease. Participants either were not on other treatments or were on standard therapy with a poor response.
