New eye surgery tested to fight glaucoma pressure

Summary
This study is testing a new surgical system called OMNI 3.1 for people with mild to moderate open-angle glaucoma. Researchers want to see if it safely lowers eye pressure and reduces the need for daily eye drop medications. The study will follow 25 participants for three months after their surgery to check results.
