Can a fish oil pill clear your mental fog?
NCT ID NCT06695910
Summary
This study is testing whether a specific form of omega-3 supplement (MAG-EPA) can help reduce symptoms of 'brain fog,' which includes mental fatigue, trouble concentrating, and memory issues. It will involve 48 adults aged 19-55 who regularly experience these cognitive problems. Participants will take either the supplement or a placebo daily for 16 weeks while researchers track changes in their symptoms using questionnaires.
