New drug tested for Tough-to-Treat autoimmune conditions

Summary

This early-stage study is testing the safety and side effects of an experimental drug called OM336 in people with active Sjogren's disease or inflammatory muscle disease. The trial will enroll 39 adults whose conditions haven't responded well to at least two previous treatments. Participants will receive increasing doses of OM336 injections to determine how the body handles the medication.
