This phase 3 study tests whether adding the experimental drug olverembatinib to standard chemotherapy works better than the usual targeted therapy (a TKI) plus chemotherapy for people newly diagnosed with Philadelphia chromosome-positive acute lymphoblastic leukemia (Ph+ ALL).
