Summary
This early-stage study tested the safety of two different versions of an experimental eye injection called OLN324. The trial involved 164 adults with either wet age-related macular degeneration or diabetic macular edema, two conditions that can cause vision loss. Researchers wanted to see how well participants tolerated the injections and gather initial information about whether the treatment might help preserve vision.
