Summary
This early-phase study tested a new eye injection called OLN324 in 164 adults with either wet age-related macular degeneration (AMD) or diabetic macular edema (DME). The main goal was to check safety and how the drug moves through the body, while also looking for early signs it might help improve vision. Participants received one of two formulations of the drug, and the study is now complete.
