Summary
This study looked at whether taking olive leaf extract for four weeks can improve performance, reduce muscle soreness, and help sleep in elite male handball players aged 18 to 25. Eighteen players took either a daily 500 mg olive leaf supplement or a placebo. Researchers measured jump height, power, fatigue, and muscle soreness after exercise.
