Summary
This study tested whether a natural compound from olives, called hydroxytyrosol, could help pregnant women with high blood pressure. Forty-two women took either the supplement or received standard care for four weeks. Researchers measured blood markers related to inflammation and stress to see if the olive compound made a difference.
