Summary
This study tests the drug olaparib in 30 women with advanced triple-negative breast cancer that has come back or spread. Unlike other studies, it focuses on patients whose tumors have a specific chemical change (methylation) in the BRCA1 gene, but no BRCA1/2 mutations. The goal is to see if the drug can shrink tumors or slow the cancer's growth.
