Researchers test gentler dosing for schizophrenia medication

Summary
This study is testing two different schedules for starting the antipsychotic medication olanzapine in people with schizophrenia. It aims to find out which schedule is safer and works better at controlling symptoms. The trial will involve 120 participants and carefully measure both symptom changes and side effects.
