Summary
This study tests whether taking two medications (olanzapine and metoclopramide) can prevent nausea and vomiting caused by strong opioid painkillers in adults with advanced cancer. About 222 participants will either receive the drug combo for 7 days or no preventive treatment. Researchers will track how many people avoid nausea and vomiting, and note any side effects.
