First seen Feb 24, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 13 times

Summary

This study looks at three doses of olanzapine (2.5 mg, 5 mg, and 10 mg) to find the best balance between preventing nausea and vomiting from strong chemotherapy and reducing side effects like sleepiness. It will analyze data from about 2,000 adult patients with solid tumors. The goal is to see if lower doses work just as well as the standard 10 mg dose.
