First seen Feb 24, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 11 times
Summary
This study looks at three different doses (2.5 mg, 5 mg, and 10 mg) of the drug olanzapine to see which works best for preventing nausea and vomiting caused by strong chemotherapy in adults with solid tumors. The goal is to find a dose that is both effective and has fewer side effects like daytime sleepiness. Researchers will analyze data from many past studies to compare the doses.
