Summary

This study tested whether adding simple daily exercises and alternating between sitting and standing at work could improve physical health and reduce pain for women with office jobs. It involved 58 inactive female computer users in Norway over 12 weeks. Researchers measured changes in pain, flexibility, strength, and overall physical function.
