Scientists test 'Off-the-Shelf' cancer treatment that could save time and lives
NCT ID NCT07284433
Summary
This study is testing a new type of cell therapy called Allo-QuadCAR01-T for adults with B-cell blood cancers that have come back or not responded to other treatments. Unlike current personalized cell therapies, this 'off-the-shelf' version uses donor cells that are ready immediately, potentially saving crucial time. The therapy is designed to attack cancer cells by targeting two proteins (CD19 and CD20) to better control the disease and lower the chance of relapse.
