Could a simple blood test guide a better MS treatment?

Summary
This study tests whether people with relapsing-remitting MS who have been stable for a year might do better by switching to the drug ofatumumab instead of staying on their current treatment. It also checks if a blood marker called neurofilament light (NfL) can predict who benefits most. About 136 adults aged 18-45 will take part, and the main goal is to see if they have no relapses, no worsening disability, and no new brain lesions over 12 months.
