Summary

This study tests whether adding the drug odronextamab before and after standard CAR T-cell therapy helps people with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma that has returned or not responded to prior treatments. About 34 adults will receive odronextamab to help their immune T-cells find and kill cancer cells, alongside the usual CAR T treatment. The goal is to see if this combination leads to more complete remissions.
