Summary
This study tested the safety of an experimental drug called OCS-05 for people with a sudden attack of optic neuritis, which causes vision loss. 36 participants received either OCS-05 or a placebo (dummy treatment) for five days, in addition to the standard steroid treatment. Researchers monitored safety, vision changes, and eye health over six months.
