Summary

This clinical trial is testing whether OCS-01 eye drops can safely improve vision and reduce swelling in the retina for people with diabetic macular edema (DME). The study involves 552 participants who will use either the active eye drops or a placebo (vehicle) for up to 52 weeks. The main goal is to see if the drops help people read more letters on an eye chart and reduce retinal thickness compared to the placebo.
