Can a multiple sclerosis drug help patients walk better?

Summary

This study is testing whether the drug Ocrevus can improve walking, balance, and leg strength in people with relapsing multiple sclerosis (MS) compared to other standard MS medications. Sixty participants will be assigned to receive either Ocrevus or another treatment for one year. Researchers will measure walking ability, take brain scans, and track any falls to see which treatment leads to better physical function.
