New drug duo shows promise for tough lymphoma cases

NCT ID NCT05267054

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study tested a new drug (ociperlimab) combined with either tislelizumab or rituximab in 53 people whose diffuse large B-cell lymphoma had come back or stopped responding to treatment. The main goals were to check safety and find the best dose. Researchers also looked at whether the tumors shrank. This is an early-stage trial, so it focuses on safety and dosing, not a cure.
