Summary
This study tested a 14-week program called the Occupational Activities Module (MACK) in 56 older adults aged 60 and above. One group did the program while the other continued their normal routine. Researchers measured daily living skills, physical fitness, and quality of life at the start, middle, and end of the study. The goal was to see if the program could help seniors stay active, independent, and healthier.
