Summary

This study tested a 14-week program called the Occupational Activities Module (MACK) in 56 older adults. One group did the program while the other continued their normal routine. The goal was to see if the program helped with daily tasks, physical fitness, and overall quality of life. Results were measured at the start, middle, and end of the study.
