Summary

This study tests a treatment called occipital nerve pulsed radiofrequency for people with medication overuse headache. It compares standard care (stopping overused meds and lifestyle advice) to adding the nerve treatment early or as a backup. The goal is to see if the nerve treatment reduces monthly headache days faster and more effectively over 6 months. 90 adults aged 18-65 with this condition are being recruited.
