Summary

This early study tests a new treatment called OC-1, which uses a patient's own immune cells that have been specially trained to find and attack a protein (CD1a) on cancer cells. The trial aims to see if OC-1 is safe and can help up to 20 children and adults whose T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia or lymphoma has returned or not responded to standard treatments. Participants will receive the engineered cells and be closely monitored for side effects and signs of remission.
