Summary
This study tests a new drug called obrixtamig in adults with advanced small cell lung cancer or other neuroendocrine cancers that have a specific marker (DLL3). The goal is to find the safest dose and schedule. Participants receive the drug weekly or every 3 weeks for up to 3 years, with regular check-ups to monitor side effects and tumor response.
