Summary
This study tests a device that measures changes in the eye's pupil reflex to objectively determine pain type and how well opioids are working. It involves 40 participants aged 7 to 21 who are already receiving opioids for pain. The goal is to replace subjective pain ratings with a reliable, objective method to improve treatment and reduce the risk of opioid abuse.
