Summary
This study tests a once-weekly injection called enicepatide for weight loss in 2000 adults with obesity or overweight who do not have diabetes. Participants must have a BMI of 30 or higher, or a BMI of 27 with a weight-related health issue like high blood pressure. The main goal is to see how much weight is lost over 72 weeks compared to a placebo.
