Summary
This study tests a smartphone app called HLRS that gives personalized tips to help people aged 60 and older eat better and move more. The goal is to see if older adults find the app easy and enjoyable to use, and if it can help prevent obesity. Thirty participants will use the app for 3 months, and researchers will track their usage and health changes.
