Summary
This study tests an internet-based self-help program called OB-WELL for adults with obesity (BMI over 35) who have mild psychological or eating-related symptoms. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of two online therapy approaches (CBT or BST) or a waiting list. The program lasts 6 weeks and aims to reduce stress and improve emotional well-being, with follow-ups up to 12 months.
