Summary

This study tests a new imaging method (antibody-based PET scan) to see if it can predict how well a targeted cancer drug (T-DXd) works in people with advanced breast cancer. The goal is to potentially replace tumor biopsies with a less invasive scan. About 30 participants already in another study (OASIS) will receive the scan before and during treatment to check for early signs of response.
