Summary

This study tests whether adding venetoclax to a standard treatment (ibrutinib plus a CD20 antibody) works better for people newly diagnosed with mantle cell lymphoma, a rare blood cancer. About 194 adults aged 18 to 79 will receive either the standard combo or the three-drug combo for up to 2 years, plus the antibody for 3.5 years. The main goal is to see if the extra drug helps clear more cancer cells from the blood and bone marrow after 6 months.
