Summary
This study tested whether a special wound dressing made from pig tissue (Oasis ECM) helps hard-to-heal ulcers get better faster compared to standard wound care. It involved 41 adults in the UK with wounds that hadn't healed for at least a month. Researchers measured how many wounds healed at least halfway and tracked patients' quality of life.
