Summary
This study tested an eye drop called Nyxol in 144 adults who have trouble seeing in dim light, often after eye surgeries like cataract or LASIK. The goal was to see if Nyxol could improve how well they read letters on a low-contrast chart in dim conditions. Participants used the drops or a placebo for 8 days, and researchers measured vision improvements and safety.
