NCT ID NCT05168943
Summary
This study aims to find out if nylon or polyurethane epidural catheters work better and cause fewer problems during major orthopedic surgeries like hip or knee replacements. Researchers will compare how long it takes to insert and remove each type of catheter and track complications like kinking or breakage. The goal is to help doctors choose the safest and most effective catheter for patients receiving epidural anesthesia.
