Summary

This study looks at whether a program called Building Community Resilience (BCR) can help reduce stress and burnout in community health workers and frontline staff in New York City. About 168 participants will attend educational workshops and complete surveys to measure changes in their well-being. The goal is to learn what works best to support these essential workers.
