New drug trial offers hope for Tough-to-Treat blood cancers

Summary
This is a first-in-human study testing a new oral drug called NX-5948 in adults with advanced B-cell blood cancers that have returned or stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if the drug can shrink tumors. The study will enroll over 500 patients with various types of lymphoma and leukemia who have few other treatment options.
