Summary
This early-stage trial tests a new oral drug called NX-2127 in adults with several types of B-cell blood cancers that have come back or not responded to prior treatment. The drug works by breaking down a protein that helps these cancer cells survive. The main goals are to check safety, find the right dose, and see if it shrinks tumors. About 248 participants will be enrolled across multiple centers.
