Summary

This study tests a new treatment called NVD003 for children with a rare condition where the shin bone doesn't heal properly (congenital pseudarthrosis of the tibia). The trial compares NVD003 to a standard bone graft taken from the hip. About 12 children will take part, and doctors will check if the bone heals better and faster over 12 months after surgery.
