Summary

This study is testing a new metal plate (the NuVasive ACP System) used during neck spine surgery to treat conditions like worn-out discs, pinched nerves, or a narrow spine canal. About 75 adults will be enrolled to see how safe the plate is and how well it works. The goal is to measure complications, bone healing, and how patients feel after surgery.
