Summary
This study aims to measure how quickly a nutritional supplement blend affects the immune system. Researchers will give 24 healthy adults either the supplement or a placebo and track changes in their immune cells through blood draws over three hours. The goal is to gather basic information about the supplement's immediate effects, not to treat or prevent any disease.
