Can a simple food checklist improve pregnancy health?
NCT ID NCT07486908
Summary
This study tested whether a special nutrition checklist and guide could help pregnant women with gestational diabetes. Researchers in Malaysia gave the tool to some women alongside their regular prenatal care to see if it helped them manage weight gain and blood sugar better than standard care alone. The goal was to see if this structured approach to healthy eating could lead to healthier pregnancies and babies.
